Thanks to those who joined us at the Bellingham Seafeast on September 23. What a great crowd of very concerned citizens! We educated quite a few folks on PBI’s mission, and the benefits of biodiversity. And we were lucky enough to be nestled between our two great neighbors, the Nooksack Salmon Enhancement Association and the Whatcom Conservation District.

Our PNW Tree of Life game was a hit as usual, and we even had a scientist from the Department of Ecology learn something new about one of the endangered/threatened species in WA!

We thoroughly enjoyed the sunny day, our visitors, the food, the art, and the exhibitions.

We hope to see you again next year at this festival!
